Now it seems almost unreal that I’m holding it in my hands! After having read and been touched so personally by Sarah’s second book, “Loved Baby,” I just didn’t know how she could possibly hit the mark again, but she certainly has! When reading books, it is important to me that they not only have a good story line, but that I can also relate to them. With this book, Sarah has done a wonderful job with both of these things. Her writing style is easy to follow and throughout this book I've been able to relate to the story line. She had me laughing, crying, nodding my head in agreement, and caused me to realize some areas where I need to really open up my heart. I’m sure anyone who has helped their spouse with harvest can relate. Just yesterday we had a small spill of popcorn on the road. The new grain cart driver overestimated how much distance he needed to load the semi. Yep, popcorn on the road! 🍿. I reminded my husband that the hired hand was new and he needed to explain it calmly again. I do t think I can wait each week to read the next devotion.
